I have a small favor to ask. Lindridge Martin Manor, in Buckhead, is facing a historic rezoning request from Pulte Homes. Pulte Homes filed a rezoning application (Z-15-50) to develop 89 townhouses on land now occupied by 18 single-family detached houses. These houses are on Elizabeth Ann Lane and Sheridan Road. This rezoning is unprecedented and will have a large impact on traffic on Sheridan Road and surrounding areas. It will also open the door for similar rezoning requests in our communities and change the overall look and feel of our neighborhoods.
